Winter Wellness Check

Winter is typically a time when most people succumb to one or more viruses, if you are low in key nutrients, you will also find you don't recover all that quickly. There is so much that can be done to full proof your immune system, so that you get through the winter months with more energy and less illness. This winter wellness check will help identify changes you can make to your diet and lifestyle to increase your immune resilience. The check also includes a test for Vitamin D, a finger prick test which will be sent off to a reputable laboratory and test interpretation.

Vitamin D is very important for not only our immune system but our overall health. The NHS supplementation recommendation of 10mcg/400IU (from 4yrs up) daily between Oct-March is a conservative recommendation, and not always enough from my experience, hence why testing is important to help guide what therapeutic dose is required.
